Modify Word Document Properties with Access

Word Document Properties give you a powerful way to susbstitute data in Word documents, but the interface to manage them in Word is clunky.

One might use Word Document Properties instead of making merge documents or using bookmarks. Just modify a document property and presto! all places that value is used automatically change when the document is updated.

Back Story

Document Properties in Word are wonderful, but, wow, are they ever cumbersome to change with Word (and the dialog box can't be resized, so information is chopped). Using Access to change them is much better!

This is just the tip of the iceberg ... Access can also define them and supply values from your database. Make it easier to ensure that data is correct!
